Yes, a period of 14 days after receipt of the package is granted. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If the photo cannot prove the products damaged, please upload the video. BCS will not issue a refund or resend if the tracking information indicates the order is delivered.

BCS offers a partial refund or replacement if packages arrive partially damaged ( except threads, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
For damaged packing cartons , BCS cannot offer any refund or other after-sales service due to international long distance delivery.
