How many days until I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 and 48 hours, thereafter, receipt is normally 8 to 15 days. Depending on the country of shipment, the order may take up to 25 days to arrive at its destination. On the other hand, a delay may still be possible due to a high volume of orders.

Can items be returned and refunded?

Yes, a period of 14 days after receipt of the package is granted. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If the photo cannot prove the products damaged, please upload the video. BCS will not issue a refund or resend if the tracking information indicates the order is delivered.

Damaged products. BCS offers full refund or replacement if arrived packages are seriously damaged.

BCS offers a partial refund or replacement if packages arrive partially damaged ( except threads, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).

For damaged packing cartons , BCS cannot offer any refund or other after-sales service due to international long distance delivery.

Incorrect or missing products:

For incorrect products , we offer a full refund or replacement.

Late orders

We assume no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by natural disaster, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm , heavy snowfall, customs inspection.
